Cisco System Engineer

Position Purpose

IST helps businesses fully realize the promise of Cisco contact center technologies. No other company delivers the number and scale Cisco contact centers projects across the multiple countries with in the middle east like IST.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Gathering, analyzing as well as validation of customer system requirements
  2. Translate and facilitate agreed system requirements to detailed design.
  3. Conduct System & Voice Networks Staging, Installation, Configuration, Testing  and roll-out.
  4. Provide Systems training to Customers on the deployed systems.
  5. Respond, Troubleshoot, resolve and report on all technical incidents
  6. Conducts system health checks and proactive monitoring to ensure that systems are functioning at all times
  7. Create & Update the relevant system documentations.

Job Specific Requirements:

Availability & Flexibility in traveling upon request for customer projects and support assignments across EMEA.
